To
Request A Reservation:
Please provide us with your reservation details by telephone,
fax, or email. A reservation request form has been provided
for you on a preceding page. You may print the form and fax

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION REGARDING EMAIL REQUESTS:
Your request is important to us. Our sales office is available
Monday - Friday from 10:00 A.M Eastern Standard Time until
4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Should you forward your details
by email, we will try to answer you within in 24-48 hours
Monday-Friday.
Keep in
mind time changes between the USA and abroad. Our Sales and
General Managers office may not be able to answer weekend
email requests until the following Monday. For immediate needs
please call us direct or fax us direct 24-hrs. 7-days a week.
Reservation
Confirmation:
The request form is not a confirmation. We appreciate
your business and will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
We will forward confirmation either via fax, telephone or
email. Please provide us with your details should we need
to contact you.
Guarantee
Policy:
In order to confirm a reservation please provide us with your
Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card along with
the expiration date and cardholder name and address. The credit
card is for guarantee only. You can provide an alternate form
of payment to the hotel upon arrival such as, traveler's cheques,
cash, or an alternate credit card should you wish.
Cancellations
and Revisions:
We require a 72-hour cancellation notice. In the event you
are unable to stay with us please call, fax, or email us 72
hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night plus tax charge
to your credit card. We are happy to modify your dates, room
type, and number of rooms required based upon availability.
Check
In / Check Out:
Check in is 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Early check in
can be requested and is granted, as rooms become available.
Check out is 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. We are happy
to store your bags so you may enjoy the rest of your day in
New York City.
Group
Bookings:
We consider a group 3 or more rooms arriving together. We
strive to meet and greet all of our groups and provide the
utmost and friendly and personal service. We welcome the opportunity
to assist your party with a host of details including, Performing
Art Tickets, Empire State Building Tickets, Airport Transfers
and more. Please if 4 more rooms are traveling together we
require notification in advance to assist our guests in the
best possible manner.
Corporate
Accounts Welcome:
Please contact Mr. Mel Freilich, General Manager or Christina
Manis in sales for corporate rate negotiations.
Children:
Children under the age of 12 are free in room with parents
or guardians. Keep an eye out for our Seasonal Family Specials.
